Product Name: Glycated Albumin (GA) Assay Kit/Test Kit/Ivd Reagent/Diabetes Model NO.: GA Type: Ga Assay Kit Quality Guarantee Period: 12 Months Application: Hospital, Lab, School Classification: Biological Diagnostics Certification: ISO13485 Group: All Groups Trademark: Biomedia Transport Package: Foam Box Specification: GA-R1: 1*40 ml, GA-R2: 1*10 mL; ALB-R: 1*50 mL Origin: Jinan, Shandong Product Description Glycated Albumin (GA) test kit allows an accurate and quantitative in vitro measurement of glycated albumin (GA) and albumin (ALB) concentrations directly from human serum. GA%, the ratio of GA in g/L to ALB in g/L, is an important indicator for the screening and treatment of diabetes.GA measurement helps monitor blood glucose levels. It is a more sensitive indicator of short-term variations of glycemic control than HbA1c is during treatment of diabetic patients. Therefore, GA measurement has more advantages over HbA1c in the confirmation of results and adjustment of dosage. In addition, HbA1c determination can be influenced by some abnormal hemoglobin metabolism, such as renal dialysis, anemia and pregnancy, while GA determination is free from this interference, and thus provides more reliable results.GA test is based on various method, such as peroxidase method, Ketoamine oxidase and enzyme coupling method.Product Features1.Absorbance of blankA (GA reagent) ≤ 0.20A (ALB reagent) ≤ 0.402. SensitivityThe difference of absorbance (ΔA) ≥ 0.04 while testing the specific GA sample of concentration of 9.31 g/L.The difference of absorbance (ΔA) ≥ 0.10 while testing the specific ALB sample of concentration of 40.00 g/L.3. Linear rangea. Linear correlation coefficient ∣r∣≥0.990b. Linear range of GA is [0.20, 26.00] g/L; linear range of ALB is [10.00, 60.00] g/L.Linear rangeLinear deviationGA[0.20, 10.00]≤ ±1.00 g/L[10.01, 26.00]≤ ±10.00%ALB[10.00, 20.00]≤ ±4.00 g/L[20.01, 60.00]≤ ±10.00%4. PrecisionGA: intra CV% ≤ 5.0%; inter CV% ≤ 10.0%.ALB: intra CV% ≤ 2.0%; inter CV% ≤ 5.0%.5. AccuracyALB: relative deviation is within ±6%.GA: check the accuracy using the following methods (in order of priority):(a) Relative deviation is within ±15%.(b) In contrast experiments, the absolute deviation is listed as followings:Correlation coefficientConcentrationAbsolute deviation≥ 0.975≤ 4.00 g/L≤ ±0.40 g/L-> 4.00 g/L≤ ±20%Packing SpecificationsGA-R1: 1×40 ml, GA-R2: 1×10 ml, ALB-R: 1×50 ml GA-R1: 2×40 ml, GA-R2: 2×10 ml, ALB-R: 2×50 ml GA-R1: 4×40 ml, GA-R2: 4×10 ml, ALB-R: 4×50 mlStorage and stabilityUnopened: Store assay kits at 2 - 8ºC protected from light.
